Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, intuitive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and static reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategy.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Software Proficiency: Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a part-time capacity.
