Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain robust data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Visualization: Create compelling, interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate business questions into analytical queries.
- Documentation: Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct data quality checks and validate data assumptions to prevent reporting errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Strong hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
