Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality for reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to monitor night-shift performance metrics.
- Perform advanced SQL queries and statistical analysis to uncover trends and anomalies.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to increase efficiency.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and assumptions to ensure transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
