Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze complex datasets during the night shift to identify trends, anomalies, and operational insights.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to deliver timely reports and actionable recommendations based on overnight data performance.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and cleaning of large-scale databases.
- Automate data extraction and reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through written documentation and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts without supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
