Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Integrity: Gather, integrate, and clean massive datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Dashboard Design: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track real-time metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Reporting & Visualization: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a call center, operations center, or 24/7 facility environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Shift Availability: Must be available and willing to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
