Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Build and maintain SQL queries and ETL pipelines to automate data collection and reporting processes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports, presentations, and data storytelling.
- Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data governance and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present insights to executive leadership.
