Responsibilities
- Perform Data Cleaning & Preparation: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Develop Interactive Dashboards: Create and maintain visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis & Modeling: Conduct complex statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends that inform business decisions.
- Generate Actionable Reports: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and understandable reports for management and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product and sales teams to define data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Maintain Data Documentation: Document data pipelines, methodologies, and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries) and Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience Level: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
