Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Predictive Modeling: Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures for data analysis projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the finance or technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction. Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Proven track record using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to create compelling data visualizations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data processing.
