Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data findings into business-friendly language.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) are required.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: A strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
