Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Visualize Data: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders clearly.
- Support Decision Making: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to drive strategic business initiatives.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Monitor data quality and implement processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting systems.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Forecasting: Develop statistical models to predict future trends and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying; experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
