Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to solve complex business problems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver clear, actionable reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all databases.
- Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and visualization tools.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into non-technical insights.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
