Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, intuitive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis, forecasting, and modeling to identify patterns and predict future business trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Reporting & Automation: Create automated reporting scripts to streamline operations and provide real-time data insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
