Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather and process large volumes of data from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership and operational teams.
- Process Optimization: Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize existing workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating our data warehouses and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization Tools: Proven experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
