Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to uncover key business insights.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to define data requirements and support strategic initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to San Jose, CA.
