Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources including SQL databases, spreadsheets, and cloud platforms.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical data models.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through statistical analysis.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Advanced skills in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
