- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI
- Prepare comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders with clear data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects with rapid turnaround capabilities
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience working with government/public sector data preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
