Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and perform ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business needs and define reporting requirements.
- Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for process improvement based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
