Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key metrics to stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking systems to measure performance against strategic goals
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through clear, compelling reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful data-driven projects
