Responsibilities
- Design and implement SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
