- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to support product optimization
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to track KPIs and campaign performance
- Present findings to non-technical leadership through clear visual storytelling
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in data analytics or related field is a plus
