Role Overview
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will work closely with the IT infrastructure team to monitor, analyze, and respond to security events. Your expertise will help us maintain a robust security posture in an increasingly digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and events using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Perform daily security reviews, patch management, and configuration hardening.
- Investigate and remediate security incidents, including malware analysis and phishing attempts.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies, ISO standards, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in information security or network defense.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and common attack vectors (OWASP Top 10).
- Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
