Responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic and security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud/on-premise systems
- Incident response coordination including threat containment and forensic analysis
- Develop and implement security policies aligned with NIST and CIS frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Generate executive security reports with actionable recommendations
- Lead security awareness training for 500+ employees
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and response
- Certified CISSP, CEH, or Security+ (CompTIA Security+)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and IAM configurations
- Proficient with Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, or Tenable solutions
- Experience with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize critical incidents
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
