Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage firewall policies, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including incident reports and playbooks.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 monitoring environment.
