Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms during weekend shifts
- Investigate potential security incidents using forensic tools and techniques
- Implement security patches and system hardening procedures
- Generate incident reports and coordinate with on-call engineers
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Stay current with emerging cyber threats and defense strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Security+ required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Experience with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and Windows/Linux systems
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
