Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms during night shift hours
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents using SOAR automation
- Conduct forensic analysis of malware and intrusion attempts
- Generate incident reports and maintain SOC documentation
- Collaborate with global security teams during complex threat scenarios
- Implement security controls and vulnerability patching
- Participate in threat hunting exercises during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years cybersecurity experience with SOC/NOC background
- Active CISSP, CISM, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with network security protocols (IPS/IDS, firewalls)
- Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting
