Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms for real-time threat detection and incident response
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Develop and implement security protocols to mitigate zero-day exploits
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST/CIS frameworks
- Lead forensic investigations during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Document security incidents and prepare executive-level reports
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and threat awareness
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in SOC or threat intelligence roles
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and cloud security architectures
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST SP 800-61)
- Ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 operations coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
