CyberShield Memphis is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team and protect our clients' critical infrastructure. As a key member of our security operations center, you'll monitor threats, investigate incidents, and implement robust defenses against evolving cyber threats. Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate security incidents and coordinate incident response protocols
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, policies)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Stay current on emerging threats and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency with SIEM tools and network security protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, CrowdStrike)
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
