Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security documentation and incident response playbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security awareness initiatives
- Analyze network traffic and endpoint activity for anomalies
- Implement and optimize security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Generate executive-level security reports and metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Industry certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GIAC)
- Expertise in threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
- Proficiency with security automation tools (Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
