Responsibilities
- Lead research in generative AI, federated learning, and explainable AI systems
- Develop novel architectures for multimodal neural networks processing 10+ data modalities
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical-quantum algorithms
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready frameworks
- Mentor PhD candidates and cross-functional engineering teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level ML systems at scale
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, quantum programming (Qiskit), and high-performance computing
- Proven track record of solving NP-hard optimization problems
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and cognitive modeling
