Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for next-gen neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing autonomous decision-making systems
- Architect ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature AI, Science Robotics)
- Collaborate with NASA on deep space AI applications
- Mentor PhD candidates in our sponsored AI fellowship program
- Develop patentable technologies in neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (2020-2026)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in top AI/quantum computing conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with 5+ AI patents or peer-reviewed publications
- Security clearance preferred for DoE/NASA collaborations
