We seek a visionary leader to architect our next-generation innovation roadmap, bridging emerging AI capabilities with market-defining applications. This hybrid strategic/technical role requires equal parts research acumen, business foresight, and cross-functional leadership.
You'll pioneer our 2026 Vision Initiative, developing predictive frameworks for AI evolution while building the infrastructure to execute breakthrough solutions. Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with long-term business objectives, and lead a dedicated team of research scientists and product strategists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 AI innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen AI applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI trends and disruptive technologies
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready business opportunities
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor an elite innovation team of researchers and strategists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, generative AI, and quantum computing interfaces
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Portfolio of implemented AI solutions with measurable business impact
