Responsibilities
- Lead development of next-gen AI systems and automation frameworks for 2026 technology roadmap
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and cloud-native solutions

- Mentor technical teams and foster innovation culture
- Collaborate with product teams to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Present technical vision to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in AI ethics or emerging technologies preferred
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale AI products
- Strong background in data architecture and MLOps
- Experience with futuristic tech (blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- Exceptional strategic communication skills
