Responsibilities

- Design transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI development practices
- Incident response for ethical breaches in AI systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills for complex ethical dilemma resolution
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
