Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology foresight strategies aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Produce annual innovation impact reports with actionable recommendations
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for disruptive technology incubation
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Global network with tech policymakers and research institutions
