Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough technologies for 2026 deployment
- Analyze emerging trends in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI ethics
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through government grants and private partnerships
- Present findings to C-suite executives and international technology councils
- Mentor junior researchers while maintaining hands-on technical expertise
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two commercialized technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-engineering, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or technology white papers
- Experience securing federal research grants (DARPA, NSF) preferred
