Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to map 2026+ opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate breakthrough technologies into product pipelines
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futurist Studies
- Portfolio of successfully implemented innovative technology initiatives
