Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026+ market trends and disruptive innovations
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) for implementation potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to explore 2026 technology scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong data analysis and trend forecasting capabilities
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism a plus
