Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological trends (2026-2030 horizon) across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Architect blueprints for next-gen products/services incorporating speculative technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-centered tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future curricula
- Produce trend reports influencing $500M+ R&D portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/BCI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with global impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, CB Insights)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
