- Produce quarterly trend reports on emerging technologies and societal impacts
- Represent company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic innovation methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy at Fortune 500 firms
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Speaker at 3+ major global tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
