Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching AI or quantum computing products
- Expertise in tech forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Strong background in intellectual property strategy
- Experience scaling technical teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Google AI, IBM Quantum)
