Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy and infrastructure roadmap aligned with 2026 goals.
- System Design: Architect scalable, high-performance systems integrating AI, quantum computing, and cloud-native solutions.
- Innovation Leadership: Research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver transformative products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), and AI/ML frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex architectural challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
