Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch disruptive products/services targeting 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure impact on long-term competitive advantage
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products with $10M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in building innovation ecosystems and managing R&D budgets
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
