Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology forecasts across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year market projections
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future disruptive forces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging tech exploration
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on 2026 industry transformation
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused innovation framework
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and other global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in predictive analytics platforms
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Fluency in future foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
