Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trajectories (AI, quantum, biotech) to map 2026-2030 industry disruption
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders and innovation partners
- Lead scenario planning for geopolitical, climate, and economic uncertainty impacts
- Architect cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives bridging digital and physical systems
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor next-gen futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategy
