Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and signal analysis for 2026 technology inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current roadmaps
- Author thought leadership on societal impacts of autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Coordinate global futurist forums to cross-pollinate insights across industries
- Translate complex future-state projections into executive decision support tools
- Champion ethical foresight practices in AI and human augmentation development
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of modeling long-term tech adoption curves
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio of scenario planning frameworks or future-state roadmaps
