- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $50M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Biotechnology, or related field
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies by 2025
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across international locations
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific concepts into business strategy
- Published research or patents in top-tier journals/conferences
