- Translate complex future scenarios into product requirements and business cases
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Develop thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product development with 5+ in foresight/innovation roles
- Proven track record launching market-defining products or platforms
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing innovation budgets and R&D pipelines
- Published thought leader in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
