- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on sustainable tech and circular economy models
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development with proven impact on future-facing projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Strong background in market analysis and commercialization of futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
