Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic product leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning with 3-5 year vision execution
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and innovation frameworks
- Strong portfolio of launched products or patents
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
