- Secure strategic partnerships and investments to accelerate innovation initiatives
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members

- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and ROI to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic product development
- Proven track record of leading successful transformational projects
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
